Nationals Release Jeff Kobernus
The Washington Nationals released infielder/outfielder Jeff Kobernus. Kobernus, 26, spent parts of the 2013 and 2014 seasons with the Nationals. In 28 games, he has a career batting average of .139 with one home run and one run batted in.
