Rays Acquire Marc Krauss
The Tampa Bay Rays acquired first baseman/outfielder Marc Krauss from the Los Angeles Angels in exchange for pitcher Kyle Winkler. Krauss, 27, has played in 130 career games for the Astros and Angels. He has a career batting average of .194 with 11 home runs and 39 runs batted in. Winkler, 25, has split the 2015 season with Double-A Montgomery and Triple-A Durham. In 10 games, he has compiled a record of (1-0) with a 1.46 ERA.
