Josh Johnson to Undergo Tommy John Surgery

The San Diego Padres announced that pitcher Josh Johnson will undergo Tommy John Surgery and will miss the remainder of the 2015 season and is expected to miss the entire 2016 season as well. Johnson, 31, has pitched in 170 career games for the Marlins and Blue Jays. He has a career record of (58-45) with a 3.40 ERA. He has pitched four complete games in his career. He is a two-time All Star selection. He has not appeared in a Major League game since the 2013 season.
