Athletes From Your Area
I think it is very interesting to find out about professional athletes who are from the same area as you. I graduated from North Allegheny. Three athletes who graduated from North Allegheny are Tim Manoa, a former running back who spent four seasons in the NFL, Cory Sullivan, a former Major League Baseball player, and Thomas Keiser, a linebacker who spent time with the Arizona Cardinals in the 2014 season. Also, there are several athletes who went to rival high schools. Two big names to come out of Pine Richland are Pittsburgh Pirates second baseman Neil Walker and Chicago Blackhawks forward Brandon Saad. Three-time Pro Bowl linebacker LaVar Arrington and former NFL safety Mark Kelso came out of North Hills. One famous name to come out of Shaler is former Major League manager Art Howe, who was portrayed by the late Philip Seymour Hoffman in "Moneyball." It is amazing to see what sports figures are from the same place as you. Who are some athletes that are from the same area as you?
