Yankees Sign Nick Noonan
The New York Yankees signed infielder Nick Noonan to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Noonan, 25, made his Major League debut with the Giants in 2013. In 62 games, he hit .219 with no home runs and five runs batted in.
