The Houston Astros signed pitcher Luke Gregerson to a three-year, $18.5 million contract. Gregerson, 30, has pitched in 435 career games for the San Diego Padres and Oakland Athletics. He has a career record of (22-27) with a 2.75 ERA and 19 saves.
