Red Sox Sign Denny Bautista
The Boston Red Sox signed pitcher Denny Bautista to a minor league contract. Bautista, 32, has pitched in 131 career games for the Orioles, Royals, Rockies, Tigers, Pirates, and Giants. He has a career record of (11-15) with a 5.88 ERA. He has not appeared in a Major League game since the 2010 season.
