Braves Sign Greg Smith

The Atlanta Braves signed pitcher Greg Smith to a minor league contract. Smith, 31, has pitched in 40 career games for the Oakland Athletics and Colorado Rockies. He has a career record of (8-18) with a 4.51 ERA. He has also pitched two complete games in his career. He hasn't pitched in a Major League game since the 2010 season.
