Rays Sign Kyle McPherson
The Tampa Bay Rays signed pitcher Kyle McPherson to a minor league contract. McPherson, 27, made his Major League debut with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2012. In 10 games, he compiled a record of (0-2) with a 2.73 ERA.
