Rockies Sign Rudy Owens

The Colorado Rockies signed pitcher Rudy Owens to a minor league contract. Owens, 27, made his Major League debut with the Houston Astros in the 2014 season. In one game, he compiled a record of (0-1) with a 7.94 ERA.
