The Toronto Blue Jays designated pitcher Felix Doubront for assignment. Doubront, 27, has pitched in 107 career games for the Red Sox, Cubs, and Blue Jays. He has a career record of (29-24) with a 4.78 ERA and three saves. He won the World Series as a member of the Boston Red Sox in the 2013 season.
