Mariners Sign Rafael Perez
The Seattle Mariners signed pitcher Rafael Perez to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Perez, 32, has pitched in 338 career games for the Cleveland Indians. He has a career record of (21-12) with a 3.64 ERA and three saves.
