Phillies Sign Anthony Vasquez
The Philadelphia Phillies signed pitcher Anthony Vasquez to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Vasquez, 28, made his Major League debut with the Seattle Mariners in 2011. In seven games, he compiled a record of (1-6) with an 8.90 ERA.
