Royals Sign Franklin Morales
The Kansas City Royals signed pitcher Franklin Morales to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Morales, 29, has pitched in 233 career games for the Colorado Rockies and Boston Red Sox. He has a career record of (19-27) with a 4.72 ERA and 11 saves.
