Nationals Release Heath Bell
The Washington Nationals released pitcher Heath Bell. Bell, 37, has pitched in 590 career games for the New York Mets, San Diego Padres, Miami Marlins, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Tampa Bay Rays. He has a career record of (38-32) with a 3.49 ERA and 168 saves. He is a three-time All Star selection.
