Stanton Gets It Done
The Miami Marlins and outfielder Giancarlo Stanton have agreed to a 13-year contract extension worth $325 million. Stanton, 25, has played in 634 career games with the Marlins and has a career batting average of .271 with 154 home runs and 399 runs batted in. Stanton is a two-time All Star selection and he won a Silver Slugger Award in 2014.
