White Sox Sign Adam LaRoche
The Chicago White Sox signed first baseman Adam LaRoche to a two-year contract worth $25 million. LaRoche, 35, has played in 1478 career games with the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Red Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Washington Nationals. He has a career batting average of .264 with 243 home runs and 838 runs batted in. He also won a Rawlings Gold Glove and a Silver Slugger Award in 2012.
