Reds Sign Cisnero
The Cincinnati Reds signed pitcher Jose Cisnero to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Cisnero, 25, spent parts of the 2013 and 2014 seasons with the Houston Astros. In 33 career games, he has compiled a record of (2-2) with a 4.66 ERA.
