Dodgers Claim Dennick Off Waivers, Designate Huff for Assignment
The Los Angeles Dodgers claimed pitcher Ryan Dennick off waivers from the Cincinnati Reds. Dennick, 28, made his Major League debut with the Reds in 2014. In eight games, he did not register a decision, but he had an 11.57 ERA. To make room, the Dodgers designated pitcher David Huff for assignment. Huff, 30, has pitched in one game this season with the Dodgers. He has not registered a decision, but he gave up four runs in four innings of work.
