Blue Jays Release Ricky Romero
The Toronto Blue Jays released pitcher Ricky Romero. Romero, 30, has pitched in 129 career games for the Blue Jays. He has a career record of (51-45) with a 4.16 ERA. He has pitched eight complete games in his career and three of them were shutouts. He was selected to his first All Star Game in 2011. Also, he has not pitched in a Major League game since the 2013 season.
