White Sox Release Three
The Chicago White Sox released pitcher J.D. Martin, infielder Andy LaRoche, and outfielder Brian Anderson. Martin, 32, has pitched in 24 career games for the Washington Nationals. He has a career record of (6-9) with a 4.32 ERA. LaRoche, 31, has played in 404 career games for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pittsburgh Pirates, Oakland Athletics, and Toronto Blue Jays. He has a career batting average of .226 with 22 home runs and 113 runs batted in. Anderson, 33, has played in 355 career games for the White Sox and the Boston Red Sox. He has a career batting average of .227 with 22 home runs and 80 runs batted in.
