Phillies Sign Jeanmar Gomez
The Philadelphia Phillies signed pitcher Jeanmar Gomez to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Gomez, 27 in February, has pitched in 120 career games for the Cleveland Indians and Pittsburgh Pirates. He has a career record of (19-18) with a 4.41 ERA and one save.
