Braves Sign David Carpenter
The Atlanta Braves signed pitcher David Carpenter to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Carpenter, 27, has pitched in 30 career games for the Los Angeles Angels. He has a career record of (1-2) with a 5.23 ERA.
