Mets Sign Buddy Carlyle
The New York Mets signed pitcher Buddy Carlyle to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Carlyle, 37, has pitched in 139 career games for the Padres, Dodgers, Braves, Yankees, and Mets. He has a career record of (12-13) with a 5.13 ERA.
