Rangers Designate Two for Assignment
The Texas Rangers designated infielder Adam Rosales and outfielder Michael Choice for assignment. Rosales, 32, has played in 430 career games for the Reds, Athletics, and Rangers. He has a career batting average of .227 with 27 home runs and 106 runs batted in. Choice, 25, has played in 96 career games for the Athletics and Rangers. He has a career batting average of .188 with nine home runs and 36 runs batted in.
