Denard Span to Miss Rest of Season
Washington Nationals' outfielder Denard Span will miss the remainder of the 2015 season after undergoing hip surgery. Span, 31, has played in 950 career games for the Twins and Nationals. He has a career batting average of .287 with 37 home runs and 336 runs batted in.
