Blue Jays Claim Ben Rowen Off Waivers
The Toronto Blue Jays claimed pitcher Ben Rowen off waivers from the Chicago Cubs. Rowen, 26, made his Major League debut in the 2014 season as a member of the Texas Rangers. In eight games, he did not register a decision, but he had a 4.15 ERA.
