Brewers Sign Donnie Murphy
The Milwaukee Brewers signed infielder Donnie Murphy to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Muprhy, 32 in March, has played in 335 career games for the Royals, Athletics, Marlins, Cubs, and Rangers. He has a career batting average of .212 with 33 home runs and 119 runs batted in.
