Blue Jays Sign Luke Scott
The Toronto Blue Jays signed first baseman/outfielder Luke Scott to a minor league contract. Scott, 36, has played in 889 career games for the Houston Astros, Baltimore Orioles, and Tampa Bay Rays. He has a career batting average of .258 with 135 home runs and 436 runs batted in. He has not appeared in a Major League game since the 2013 season.
