Nationals Release Kila Ka'aihue
The Washington Nationals released first baseman Kila Ka'aihue. Ka'aihue, 31, has played in 126 career games for the Kansas City Royals and Oakland Athletics. He has a career batting average of .221 with 15 home runs and 46 runs batted in. He has not appeared in a Major League game since the 2012 season.
