Cubs Acquire La Stella
The Chicago Cubs acquired infielder Tommy La Stella from the Atlanta Braves in exchange for pitcher Arodys Vizcaino. La Stella, 26 in January, made his Major League debut with the Braves in 2014. In 93 games played, La Stella hit .251 with one home run and 31 runs batted in. Vizcaino, will be in his second tour of duty with the Braves, as he spent part of the 2011 season with the Braves. In 22 career games with the Braves and Cubs, Vizcaino compiled a record of (1-1) with a 4.84 ERA.
