Brewers Sign Two to Minors Deals
The Milwaukee Brewers re-signed infielder Pete Orr and outfielder Jeremy Hermida to minor league contracts. Orr, 35, has appeared in 443 career games with the Braves, Nationals, and Phillies. In his career, the Canadian infielder has a career batting average of .257 with three home runs and 46 runs batted in. Hermida, 31 in January, has played in 632 games with the Marlins, Red Sox, Athletics, Reds, and Padres. Hermida has a career batting average of .257 with 65 home runs and 250 runs batted in.
