Phillies Sign Walters
The Philadelphia Phillies signed pitcher P.J. Walters to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Walters, 30 in March, has pitched in 40 career games with the Cardinals, Blue Jays, and Twins. In his career, Walters has compiled a record of (6-10) with a 6.28 ERA.
