Pirates Claim Jake Elmore Off Waivers
Pirates have claimed infielder Jake Elmore off waivers from the Cincinnati Reds. Elmore, 27, has played in parts of three seasons with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Houston Astros, and Cincinnati Reds. In 87 career games, Elmore has a batting average of .221 with two home runs and thirteen runs batted in.
