Royals Acquire Ryan Jackson
The Kansas City Royals acquired infielder Ryan Jackson from the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for cash considerations. Jackson, 26, never suited up for the Dodgers, but he spent parts of the 2012 and 2013 seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals. He has a career batting average of .083 with no home runs or RBI in 20 career games.
