Cubs Sign Francisley Bueno
The Chicago Cubs signed pitcher Francisley Bueno to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Bueno, 34 in March, has pitched in 56 career game for the Atlanta Braves and Kansas City Royals. He has a career record of (2-1) with a 2.98 ERA.
