Braves Sign Kelly Johnson
The Atlanta Braves signed infielder Kelly Johnson to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Johnson, 33 in February, has played in 1157 career games for the Atlanta Braves, Arizona Diamondbacks, Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Rays, New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, and Baltimore Orioles. He has a career batting average of .250 with 131 home runs and 469 runs batted in.
