Tigers Sign Neftali Feliz
The Detroit Tigers signed pitcher Neftali Feliz to a one-year contract. Feliz, 27, has pitched in 216 career games for the Texas Rangers. He has a career record of (13-10) with a 2.69 ERA and 93 saves. He has pitched one complete game in his career. He was selected to his first All Star Game in the 2010 season and was named the 2010 American League Rookie of the Year. He was released by the Rangers yesterday.
