Giants Acquire Mike Leake
The San Francisco Giants acquired pitcher Mike Leake from the Cincinnati Reds in exchange for infielder Adam Duvall and pitcher Keury Mella. Leake, 27, has pitched in 168 career games for the Reds. He has a career record of (62-47) with a 3.87 ERA. He has pitched three complete games in his career. Duvall, 26, made his Major League debut with the Giants in the 2014 season. In 28 games, he hit .192 with three home runs and five runs batted in. Mella, 21, has a record of (5-3) with a 3.31 ERA in 16 games with Class-A San Jose this season.
