Orioles Release Delmon Young
The Baltimore Orioles released outfielder Delmon Young. Young, 29, has played in 1118 career games for the Rays, Twins, Tigers, Phillies, and Orioles. He has a career batting average of .283 with 109 home runs and 566 runs batted in. He was the MVP of the 2012 American League Championship Series as a member of the Detroit Tigers.
