Neftali Feliz Elects Free Agency
Pitcher Neftali Feliz has elected free agency after clearing waivers. He was recently designated for assignment by the Texas Rangers. Feliz, 27, has pitched in 216 career games for the Rangers. He has a career record of (13-10) with a 2.69 ERA and 93 saves. He has pitched one complete game in his career. He was selected to his first All Star Game in the 2010 season and was named the American League Rookie of the Year that same year.
