Orioles Sign Cesar Cabral
The Baltimore Orioles signed pitcher Cesar Cabral to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Cabral, 26 in February, has spent parts of the 2013 and 2014 seasons with the New York Yankees. In 12 career games, he has not registered a decision, but he has a 7.71 ERA.
