Rays Exercise Zobrist Option
The Tampa Bay Rays have exercised the 2015 option for utility player Ben Zobrist. The 33-year-old will make $7.5 million in the 2015 season. In his career, Zobrist has a career batting average of .264 with 114 home runs and 511 runs batted in. Zobrist was also selected to the All Star Game in 2009 and 2013.
