Twins Sign Ervin Santana
The Minnesota Twins signed pitcher Ervin Santana to a four-year contract worth $55 million. The contract includes a $14 million vesting option for the 2019 season. Santana, 32, has pitched in 299 career games for the Los Angeles Angels, Kansas City Royals, and Atlanta Braves. He has a career record of (119-100) with a 4.17 ERA. He has thrown 14 career complete games with seven of them being shutouts. He was a 2008 All Star selection as a member of the Angels.
