White Sox Sign Brad Penny
The Chicago White Sox signed pitcher Brad Penny to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Penny, 36, has pitched in 349 career games for the Marlins, Dodgers, Red Sox, Giants, Cardinals, and Tigers. He has a career record of (121-101) with a 4.29 ERA. He has pitched four career complete games with two of them being shutouts. He is a two-time All Star and has won the World Series with the Marlins in 2003.
