Hiroki Kuroda to Japan
Free agent starting pitcher Hiroki Kuroda has decided to return to Japan. He signed with the Hiroshima Toyo Carp of Nippon Professional Baseball. Kuroda, 40 in February, has pitched in 212 career games for the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees. He has a career record of (79-79) with a 3.45 ERA. He pitched six career complete games with five of them being shutouts.
