Twins Sign Two to Minors Deals
The Minnesota Twins signed first baseman Brock Peterson and catcher Dan Rohlfing to minor league contracts with invitations to spring training. Peterson, 31, made his Major League debut for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2013. In 23 games, he hit .077 with no home runs and two runs batted in. Rohlfing, 26 in February, spent the 2014 season with Triple-A Rochester. In 75 games, he hit .205 with two home runs and 23 runs batted in.
