Giants Sign Curtis Partch
The San Francisco Giants signed pitcher Curtis Partch to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Partch, 28 in February, spent parts of the 2013 and 2014 seasons with the Cincinnati Reds. In 20 career games, he compiled a record of (1-1) with a 4.75 ERA.
